Cruise across the Yangon River on this guided tour of Dala and discover the traditional culture of this rural Burmese town.
Dala Tour
After picking you up from your hotel at 8 am, we'll head to Pansodan Harbour to catch a ferry across the Yangon River, arriving in Dala in ten minutes.
Upon arrival, we'll enjoy a trishaw ride through Dala, which is ideal for navigating the narrow streets and allows us to appreciate the contrasts between Dala and neighbouring Yangon.
We'll make a stop at a candle making workshop to learn about the traditional candle production process, which has been handed down through generations. The candles are made entirely by hand without machines.
After the candle-making demonstration, we'll return to the trishaw for the ride back to Dala pier, where we'll catch the ferry back to Yangon. You'll be dropped off at your hotel at 1 pm.
