Golden Circle & Horse Riding Tour

On the morning of your tour, you'll be picked up from your selected hotel or meeting point in central Reykjavik. The tour begins with a 40-minute bus ride to Thingvellir National Park, a valley of significant historical, cultural, and geological importance, recognized as the meeting point of two tectonic plates.

After visiting Thingvellir, the next destination is Geysir, where you will see Strokkur, a geyser that erupts columns of boiling water up to 20 meters high. This area's natural hot springs are foundational to the English word "geyser."

Next, we'll visit the stunning Gullfoss, or Golden Falls, located in a canyon on the Hvítá River. Its sheer size offers a dramatic visual experience.

Afterward, we will travel south to the Eldhestar region, about one hour away, where you will participate in a horse riding tour of Hveragerði, near the Hengill volcano. This area provides a unique opportunity to engage with Icelandic nature.

Following an hour of horseback riding, we will return to Reykjavik by bus, arriving around 7 pm.
