Golden Circle & Horse Riding Tour

On the morning of your tour, you'll be picked up from your selected pickup point or will meet at the Reykjavik bus station. The tour begins with a 40-minute bus ride to Thingvellir National Park.

This area holds significant historical, cultural, and geological importance. It is the meeting point of two tectonic plates and has hosted important Icelandic institution meetings for centuries.

Following Thingvellir, we will head to Geysir, a geothermal area featuring Strokkur, a geyser that erupts columns of boiling water up to 20 meters high. The term "geyser" in English is derived from this area.

Next, we will visit Gullfoss (or Golden Falls), located in a canyon on the Hvítá River. Its impressive size contributes to its dramatic beauty.

We will then travel to the Eldhestar region, approximately one hour away, for a horse riding tour of Hveragerði, near the Hengill volcano, where you can experience Icelandic nature.

After an hour of horseback riding, we will return to Reykjavik by bus, arriving around 7 pm.
