If you're a fan of fishing or just fancy a day at sea, this activity is made for you! Meet your guide at the scheduled time at 5 AEgisgardur, where you'll board a fishing boat for your sea angling adventure around Reykjavik.

Set sail over Faxa Bay, home to Atlantic mackerel, pollock, cod, and haddock, among other species. Your fishing day will be rewarding when lunch time arrives: you'll eat your catch on board the boat. The crew will cook your freshly caught fish and serve it with potatoes, homemade sauce, and water.

If you take the tour between May and August, you'll also stop at Akurey Island, known as Puffin Island for its seabird populations during the summer months. After birdwatching, you will return to the departure point after three hours of fishing off the coast of Iceland.

Everyone is welcome! Whether you're an experienced angler or it's your first time fishing, you will enjoy this activity. The boat captain will provide a lesson on the best techniques for fishing in Reykjavik if you lack experience.
