The tour starts in the village of Apollonia at 9:30 am, proceeding to an agricultural cooperative to learn about traditional food preparation and cultivation methods.

Next, we will visit the Apollonia Folklore Museum, where traditional costumes, architecture, and ancient farming tools will be showcased.

Following the museum, we will explore a small wine cellar to learn about Rhodes wine, including grape types and the reasons behind its accolades.

Then, we will prepare traditional Greek dishes at a restaurant, including tzatziki, pitaroudia, Greek salad, gemista, and dolmadakia.

After cooking, we will taste our dishes before returning to the starting point, concluding the tour around 3 pm.
