Corda, Coculi & Figueiral de Cima Excursion

At 9 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Ribeira Grande. From there, we'll set off by minibus for Corda, a settlement in the interior of the island of Santo Antão.

Upon arrival, we'll enjoy the views from this small village, located in the heart of the Cova Natural Park, alongside the volcanic crater of Cova de Paul and its lush vegetation.

We'll embark on a three-hour hiking route, crossing dirt paths and agricultural terraces to observe local crops. This hiking route will be memorable.

Afterward, we'll return to the minibus and travel to Figueiral de Cima and Terrinha Vermelha, two villages in the remote part of Santo Antão. We will admire the green valleys and traditional houses of this Cape Verdean island before proceeding to Coculi.

In Coculi, we'll visit the banks of the Ribeira Grande River and uncover the secrets of this town. The excursion will conclude as we return to your hotel in Ribeira Grande, at approximately 1 pm.
