Kuldiga Day Trip

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Riga and travel in a comfortable minibus to Kuldiga.

We'll stroll through the old town of Kuldiga, exploring the cobbled streets and the architecture of the 17th and 18th centuries. During the walking tour, we'll share stories about the town.

A highlight of the visit will be the widest waterfall in Europe, the Venta Rapid, which stretches almost 250 meters wide and is located in the center of Kuldiga. We will also visit Town Hall Square, the former house of the burgomaster Stefenhagens and Duke Jacob's Pharmacy.

In the final part of the guided tour, we'll visit the Kuldiga Historic Museum, where you'll learn about the town's history and see a reconstruction of a wealthy family's apartment from the early 20th century.

After the museum visit, you'll have an hour of free time to have lunch at a local restaurant. Finally, we'll reconvene to enjoy coffee at Curonia Café.

The tour concludes with a return to your hotel in Riga after approximately 11 and a half hours.
