Our journey includes landmark sites such as the Opera House, the University, the German Embassy, and the Nativity Cathedral—most of which were erected between 1904 and 1914, when the Latvian capital flourished within the Russian Empire.
You will learn about the hidden stories behind these architectural gems as we walk along Alberta Street, the most famous thoroughfare in Riga’s historic district, home to an impressive collection of 8 protected buildings! Prepare to be captivated by their vibrant façades and intricate detailing.
