Hang Gliding in Rio de Janeiro

After meeting at Mendes de Morais Avenue, we will board a minibus to the hill where we'll start the hang gliding experience. Instructors will provide necessary equipment and explain how to hang glide. Then, we'll run down the slope with the instructor to start flying!

Enjoy views of the jungle, beaches, and main city monuments as you fly over Rio de Janeiro. You will see the Christ the Redeemer? statue, Sugarloaf Mountain, Copacabana, Ipanema, and the landscapes surrounding the city!

We will land on São Conrado beach after flying for 6-10 minutes.

Hang gliding & trekking

If you would like an adventure on land and in the air, you can book this option that includes the hang gliding experience, GoPro photos and videos, and a guided trekking route through the Pedra Bonita trail in Tijuca National Park!

The duration of the whole experience will be 1.5 hours. This option does not include transfers and will begin at Mendes de Morais Avenue.
