Pedra do Telegrafo 4x4 Tour

Enjoy the breathtaking views that Pedra do Telegrafo has to offer and get a picture of yourself hanging in the air on this rock. You'll visit amazing beaches on this 4x4 tour and have lunch by the sea!

Description

We'll meet at the indicated time and hop on a 4x4 Land Cruiser to drive along the Brazilian coastline. During the 40 km (25-mile) ride, we'll see at least 18 beaches to the west of the city.

We'll stop at Abricó Beach to take pictures and discuss this protected area of Brazil, including its vegetation and wildlife. A local lunch will follow by the sea.

After lunch, we'll ascend to Pedra do Telegrafo, a popular photographic spot. We will drive part of the way in a 4x4 Land Cruiser and then continue on foot.

During our hike to Pedra do Telegrafo, we'll discuss the site's geological attributes. At the top, we'll take pictures on the rock, providing a sensation of floating in the air.

After enjoying the views, we will watch the sunset before descending and returning to Rio de Janeiro.
