Prainha Hike & Grumari Day Trip

At 8 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel and head to the western part of the city. One of the best-conserved natural areas in Rio de Janeiro awaits!

During the trip along the coast of Rio de Janeiro, we'll pass by 5 important western beaches: São Conrrado, Barra, Reserva, Recreio, and Macumba. From the vehicle, you'll see beautiful views of these beaches.

After admiring these spots, we'll arrive at Prainha, a small beach in the Conservation Area of Rio de Janeiro, favored by many Brazilian surfers. We'll hike through the Atlantic Forest to the Caeté Viewpoint, which is at an altitude of 623 feet (190 meters).

After taking photos of Rio de Janeiro's coastline and mountains, we'll proceed to Grumari, another protected area. There, you can enjoy a dip at its white sandy beach, surrounded by rainforest.

After 3 hours in Grumari, we'll return to your hotel in Rio de Janeiro, dropping you off between 4 and 5 pm.
