Rio de Janeiro Bike Tour
At 9 am, we'll meet at the Rio Othon Palace Hotel to start our bike tour through the centre of Rio de Janeiro. We will cycle to the famous Copacabana neighbourhood, a vibrant area in the city.
We'll pass by the São João Batista cemetery, the resting place of important personalities from Rio, and continue along Guanabara Bay and Flamengo Beach to Cinelândia and the Lapa neighbourhood. Here, we will admire significant landmarks such as the Rio Municipal Theatre, the National Library, and the Carioca Aqueduct.
The tour will then proceed through Flamengo Park, designed by Brazilian landscape architect Burle Marx. We will conclude the tour at Copacabana beach, enjoying views of the Sugar Loaf. The return to the starting point will be after 4 hours.
