We will depart at 2 pm from your hotel in Termas de Río Hondo towards San Miguel de Tucumán, one of the significant historical cities in northern Argentina.

The tour begins at 9 de Julio Park, home to the renowned Floral Clock. Next, we'll explore the city centre with a stroll around Plaza de la Independencia. Here, we will see the Government House and the Cathedral of Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación.

After learning about the cathedral's history, we will visit the Casa Histórica de la Independencia, where Argentina's emancipation from Spain was proclaimed on 9 July 1816.

Nearby, we will see the church of Santo Domingo, known as the minor basilica of Nuestra Señora del Rosario. Its neoclassical façade on Calle 9 de Julio resembles the architecture of Italian churches.

We will return to Termas de Río Hondo, with arrival at your hotel scheduled for 8 pm.
