Our first stop will be the León Theater, known for its exquisite architecture. Inside, we'll tour the facility and appreciate its design.
Next, we'll examine the Ecuadorian Post Office building, an Italian-inspired structure by architects Natale and Luca Tormen. We will explore the importance of postal communication in Ecuador from the 1950s to the 1970s.
Before concluding the tour, we'll visit the Casa Museo of Riobamba and take a stroll to Maldonado Park. Here, we will learn about Pedro Vicente Maldonado Palomino y Flores, a noteworthy scientist from Riobamba.
The tour includes a visit to one of Riobamba's traditional ice cream shops, where we will enjoy a complimentary ice cream, concluding our 4-hour exploration.
