Manaure Salt Mines Tour + Wayúu Ranch

At the agreed time, pickups will occur at the meeting point of your choice to board the minibus heading to the town of Manaure. The journey will take about one hour.

Upon arrival, we'll visit the salt mines of Manaure, referred to as the "white bride of Colombia" and a significant salt mining site in the country. Accompanied by a guide, we will walk among the immense mounds of salt and learn about the importance of the salt industry in the local economy and the production process.

Afterward, lunch will be served at a local restaurant, offering menu choices that include beef, fish, chicken, or salad.

With renewed energy, we will proceed to visit a Wayúu ranch, where the Wayúu, an indigenous population of Colombia and Venezuela, will share their culture and traditions with us.

After 7 hours of cultural immersion, the tour will conclude with a return to the starting point in Riohacha.
