Italian Pizza Workshop

Visiting Rome and enjoying a delicious pizza is a real treat. But it's even better when you make it with your own hands. In this workshop, we'll learn how to make one of Italy's most iconic dishes. We'll also make a classic tiramisu!

Activity Details

We'll meet on Via Giuseppe Zanardelli, 14 in Rome at the indicated time and go to the restaurant where the workshop will take place.

After meeting the chef, the workshop will begin with some theoretical notions about pizza making. Topics include dough resting time and the importance of stone ovens.

Once the explanations are complete, you'll have a wide variety of ingredients to make your pizza. Choose from marinera, margarita, diavola, or Neapolitan.

The sweet portion of the workshop involves making a classic tiramisu, with all necessary ingredients such as mascarpone, espresso coffee, and ladyfingers.

After an hour, we will enjoy our creations, accompanied by a drink of your choice between wine or soft drink. Water and coffee or limoncello will also be provided.

The activity will conclude after 2.5 hours of learning and cooking.
