Italian Pizza Workshop

Visiting Rome and enjoying a delicious pizza is a real treat. But it's even better when you make it with your own hands. In this workshop, we'll learn how to make one of Italy's most iconic dishes. We'll also make a classic tiramisu!

Activity Details

We'll meet on Via Giuseppe Zanardelli, 14 in Rome at the indicated time and go to the restaurant where the workshop will take place.

After meeting the chef, the workshop will begin with some theoretical notions on making pizzas, including details on dough resting time and the importance of stone ovens.

Next, participants will choose from a wide variety of ingredients to make a pizza, including options such as marinara, margherita, diavola, or Neapolitan.

The workshop will also include making a classic tiramisu, using ingredients like mascarpone, espresso coffee, and ladyfingers.

After one hour, participants will enjoy their creations with a drink of choice: either wine or soft drink, along with water and coffee or limoncello.

The activity will conclude after 2.5 hours of learning and participation.
