Italian Pizza Workshop

Visiting Rome and enjoying a delicious pizza is a real treat. But it's even better when you make it with your own hands. In this workshop, we'll learn how to make one of Italy's most iconic dishes. We'll also make a classic tiramisu!

Activity Details

We'll meet on Via Giuseppe Zanardelli, 14 in Rome at the indicated time and go to the restaurant where the workshop will take place.

After meeting the chef, the workshop will begin with some theoretical notions regarding pizza preparation. The workshop will cover the necessary resting time for the dough and the importance of stone ovens.

Participants will have a variety of ingredients to create a pizza of their choice, including options like Marinera, margarita, diavola, or Neapolitan.

The workshop will also include making a classic tiramisu, with all necessary ingredients provided, such as mascarpone, espresso coffee, and ladyfingers.

After an hour, participants will enjoy their creations, accompanied by a drink of choice between wine or soft drink. Water and coffee or limoncello will also be available.

The activity will conclude after 2.5 hours of learning and fun.
