Join us to explore the world of olive oil. We will meet at your chosen time at the LA Almazara Estate on the outskirts of Ronda and begin a tour of its grounds.

The tour starts with a photo exhibition that provides insights into the history of olive grove cultivation. Next, we’ll proceed to the greenhouse for a short video screening and learn about the machinery used in this space. We will also discuss the role of olive mills in the production process.

Our visit will take us through LA Almazara's orchards and farms, including fruit gardens, organic vineyards, and the olive grove path, which features up to 20 different olive varieties, including many from Spain, Greece, and Portugal.

Finally, we will enter the tasting area to sample various types of olive oil and learn how to identify their distinct flavors.

The tour will conclude after 1 hour and 15 minutes, equipping you with knowledge about this essential component of Mediterranean gastronomy.
