When booking, you can choose between two different itineraries, both with an exclusive guide in English.

Classic Route (1 Hour)

We'll meet at your chosen time at the St. George's Fountain in Rothenburg and walk through the main historical sights. This includes the medieval Market Square, the Town Hall with its 65-metre-high tower, and a stop at St. Jacob's Church. We'll also visit the gardens of Rothenburg Castle, where the chapel of St. Blaise remains. The tour concludes at the starting point after one hour of sightseeing.

Classic Route + St. Jacob's Church (1.5 - 2 Hours)

This route includes the same itinerary as the Classic Route but adds an inside visit to St. James' Church, a Gothic basilica completed in 1485. You'll see the Altar of the Twelve Apostles and the Altar of the Holy Blood, key works by masters Friedrich Herlin and Tilman Riemenschneider.

Historical Costume
