Entrance to Hell's Gate

When purchasing your entrance ticket to Hell's Gate, you can choose between the following options:

Entrance Only

This ticket allows you to explore Rotorua's most active geothermal reservoir. You will relax in the naturally heated pools and enjoy the native flora surrounding them. This ticket provides access to the sulfur spas and the cold water pool, with an experience duration of one and a half hours.

Entrance + Guided Tour + Mud Bath

This combo ticket maximizes your visit to Hell's Gate. It includes access to all pools in the geothermal complex, a guided tour of Hell's Gate, and a healing mud bath. This option lasts for three hours, with a recommendation to limit your mud bath time to no more than 20 minutes.

Hell's Gate offers two guided tours per day at 10:30 am and 2:30 pm. If you cannot attend at these times, you will need to explore the area on your own.
