Upon purchasing your access ticket to Hell's Gate, you can select from the following choices:

Basic Entrance

This ticket grants you the chance to explore the remarkable healing properties of Rotorua's vibrant geothermal reservoir. Throughout your visit, take the time to relax in the naturally heated pools while appreciating the distinctive native vegetation that surrounds these waters – a refreshing experience for the body and soul!

This option provides access to the sulfur spas and a cold water pool. The experience lasts for approximately an hour and a half.

Entrance + Guided Tour + Mud Bath

This option maximizes your visit to Hell's Gate. With this combination ticket, you receive entry to all the pools within the geothermal complex, enjoy a guided tour of Hell's Gate, and indulge in a healing mud bath. A truly memorable experience!

This option has a duration of 3 hours. Remember that it’s advised to limit your time in the mud bath to no more than 20 minutes.

Hell's Gate organizes two guided tours daily: one at 10:30 am and another at 2:30 pm. If these times are not suitable for you, a self-guided tour will be necessary.
