Hobbiton Day Trip

On the day of the activity, we'll pick you up from your chosen pickup point in Rotorua at the indicated time and set off on an unforgettable journey into the world of The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. We will start with a scenic drive to Matamata, during which we'll learn about the region and its history.

Once we arrive at the Hobbiton Movie Set, we'll enjoy an exciting guided tour to see how this farmland was transformed into a real-life piece of Middle-Earth. During our guided tour, we'll see Hobbit holes, the Green Dragon Inn, the Party Tree, the Mill, and many other structures from the movies. We'll then head to the Party Marquee for a banquet feast.

After a total of 6 hours and 15 minutes, we'll drop you back to your hotel in Rotorua.
