- 3 Stunden
Experience a rafting activity on the Kaituna River. Rafting through rapids and waterfalls will provide an adrenaline rush during your trip to Rotorua.
Description
If you have an adventurous soul, it's time to go rafting on the Kaituna River. We meet at number 18 Okere Falls Road, on the banks of the river.
Once gathered, we will provide all necessary rafting materials and teach basic techniques for safe participation. After putting on helmets and lifejackets, we will board the rafts to begin our journey along the Kaituna River, one of the unique locations on the North Island of New Zealand.
During the trip, we will encounter different waterfalls, including the Tutea waterfall, which is 7 metres (22 feet) high. We will experience rafting through 14 rapids that enhance the excitement of the adventure.
The activity lasts approximately 2.5 hours, concluding at the starting point.
