At the scheduled time, make your way to the boat ramp on Otaramarae Road, where this day tour will depart. The tour will take place at Lake Rotoiti, located next to Lake Rotorua. After introductions, participants will hop in kayaks and begin paddling through the scenic landscapes.

During the tour, paddlers will go by beautiful cascading bush and classic Kiwi baches lining the lake's cliffs and coves. The tour includes informative insights into the myths and legends of the Maori people related to the area.

Participants will continue paddling around the lake, observing its native birdlife before entering the glow worm cave, a unique experience. The journey leads to the Manupirua Hot Pools, accessible only by water, where guests can relax in the natural geothermal pools.

Finally, after approximately 3 hours, the kayaking tour of Lake Rotoiti concludes back at the meeting point.
