At the indicated time, we'll meet at Maakuntakatu 29 and start paddle surfing in the midnight sun—a special experience in Rovaniemi. Upon arrival at your lakeside destination, you'll have a lesson from an expert SUP, or "Stand Up Paddleboarding", instructor who will explain the basic techniques necessary to keep your balance and paddle across the lake. After the lesson, it's time to get into the water!

As you paddle over the waters of Lapland, you can enjoy the incredible natural sight of the midnight sun. This unique spectacle gives the impression of an eternal sunset throughout the summer months.

Next, we'll walk to the peak of a nearby hill for a breathtaking panoramic view of the stunning golden horizon, an experience you will remember. The activity concludes with a return to the meeting point in Rovaniemi.

The midnight sun is a natural phenomenon that occurs within the Arctic Circle during the summer. In Rovaniemi, it is visible from the start of June to the start of September, with the White Nights occurring in the last weeks of June during the summer solstice.
