Rovaniemi Full-Day City Tour

Your full-day tour of Rovaniemi begins with a hotel pickup, followed by a visit to Ounasvaara Fell, where you have the option to climb to the top. Next, enjoy a 500-metre sled ride pulled by huskies and a brief 400-metre reindeer sleigh ride. Afterward, warm up with coffee and biscuits.

Then, head to Santa Claus Village for a buffet lunch and a chance to meet Father Christmas, his helpers, and his reindeer. You can also deliver a letter to Santa and take a photo with a foot on either side of the Arctic Circle.

After lunch, visit the Arktikum Museum to learn about the ice age, the Aurora Borealis, Arctic animals, and the indigenous Sami people. The museum is noted for its design using local materials, featuring a 564-foot-long (172 m) glass corridor.

Finally, return to Rovaniemi for hotel drop-off.

The Arktikum Museum is closed on Mondays, except in December. The itinerary will remain unchanged without the museum visit on those days.
