Cross the Finnish border and travel to Sweden for an unforgettable experience. You'll sail the Bothnian Sea on an ice-breaker ship and even get to float in the icy waters!

Icebreaker Cruise

At the appointed time we'll meet at the Rovaniemi Tourist Information Point. After gathering, we'll embark on a bus journey to the Swedish town of Båtskärsnäs, where the icebreaker ship will be waiting.

Onboard, we will use our English audio guide to explore various rooms like the engine room and the captain's bridge. A short informative video about icebreakers worldwide will also be shown.

During the sailing, you can enjoy views of the Bothnian Sea, watching the ship navigate through icy layers. This can be appreciated on deck or indoors.

After a 2-course lunch onboard, participants can experience a unique activity by taking a dip in the icy water while wearing a special flotation suit.

We will return to the dock after three hours of sailing, concluding the tour.
