Cross the Finnish border and travel to Sweden for an unforgettable experience. You'll sail the Bothnian Sea on an ice-breaker ship and even get to float in the icy waters!

Icebreaker Cruise

At the appointed time, we'll meet at the Rovaniemi Tourist Information Point. Once together, we will embark on a bus journey to the Swedish town of Båtskärsnäs, where the icebreaker ship awaits.

Onboard, we will utilize an English audio guide to explore rooms including the engine room and the captain's bridge. A short informative video about icebreakers globally will also be shown.

During the sail, enjoy views of the Bothnian Sea as the ship navigates through icy layers. Experience this spectacle on deck or indoors.

After a 2-course lunch on board, you will have the opportunity to participate in a unique activity: a dip in the icy water while wearing a special flotation suit.

We will then return to the departure dock, concluding the three-hour sailing tour.
