Vikaköngäs Hiking Tour

On this hiking tour through Vikaköngäs, we will traverse landscapes of forests, lakes, and rocky gorges. Enjoy blueberry tea in a traditional Kota.

We will pick you up from your hotel in Rovaniemi at the scheduled time and proceed to the village of Vikajärvi to commence our hiking tour. Vikaköngäs, located in Finnish Lapland, features forests, lakes, and a wide river, with numerous short and long-distance trails suitable for nature enthusiasts.

Participants will walk about 2 kilometers (1.25 miles) through the area, observing local plants and wildlife. During the hike, there will be a stop to visit a traditional Kota and enjoy blueberry tea.

After approximately 3 hours, we will return to the trailhead and head back to your hotel.

Pickup

This activity includes pickup from hotels within a radius of 15 km (9.3 miles) from the center of Rovaniemi. If your hotel is in the center of Rovaniemi, we will meet at Maakuntakatu 29, Rovaniemi 96200.
