Vikaköngäs Hiking Experience

Your journey begins when we collect you from your hotel in Rovaniemi. From there, we will drive to the charming village of Vikajärvi, the starting point for our Vikaköngäs hiking experience.

This breathtaking region, located in Finnish Lapland, is rich in forests, lakes, and a significant river that weaves through its landscape. It is well-known for its extensive selection of both short and long hiking trails, making it a perfect spot for those who appreciate nature.

During our trek, we'll cover approximately 2 kilometers (1.25 miles), passing through a variety of lakes, lush greenery, and rocky gorges. We'll take the time to admire the local flora and fauna. Midway through our journey, we will stop at a traditional Kota to indulge in delightful blueberry tea.

After approximately 3 hours, we will conclude our hike, returning to the starting point before making our way back to your hotel.

This tour includes pickup from accommodations located within a 15 km (9.3 miles) radius of Rovaniemi's center. For hotels situated in downtown Rovaniemi, we will arrange to meet at Maakuntakatu 29, Rovaniemi 96200.
