Sylvie Fahrer et Fils Winery Visit

When booking, you can choose between three different options. All start at the entrance of the Sylvie Fahrer et Fils winery, in Saint-Hippolyte. Here are the details of each option:

Wine-tasting tour (1 hour)

In this option, we'll visit the Sylvie Fahrer et Fils winery. We'll review the history of this winery and Alsace wine, and learn about the wine production process followed for four generations. After the winery tour, we'll enjoy a guided wine tasting.

Blind tasting tour (1 hour and 15 minutes)

This option includes a guided tour of the winery and a blind tasting. Participants will taste wines in a black glass and guess whether it's a white or rosé wine.

Wine & food tasting tour (1 hour and 15 minutes)

After the winery visit, we'll have a tasting with food and wine pairings. Attendees will sample 4 wines paired with 4 appetizers such as pâte en croûte, cheese, and chocolate.
