When booking, you can choose between three different options, all starting at the entrance of the winery in Saint-Hippolyte. Here are the details of each option:

Wine-tasting tour (1 hour)

This option includes a visit to the Sylvie Fahrer et Fils winery, where we will review its history and the wine production process. After the tour, there will be a guided wine tasting.

Blind tasting tour (1 hour and 15 minutes)

This option offers a guided tour of the winery followed by a blind tasting. Participants will taste wines from a black glass, guessing whether it's a white or rosé wine.

Wine & food tasting tour (1 hour and 15 minutes)

This option features a tasting with food and wine pairings. Participants will sample 4 wines paired with 4 appetizers, including pâte en croûte, cheese, and chocolate.
