Bird Watching at Rainforest Adventures St. Lucia

Description

After meeting at the entrance to Rainforest Adventures Santa Lucia at the indicated time, we'll walk along the trails of this rainforest, situated at over 600 metres (1,968 ft) above sea level. This area is known for its rich biodiversity.

The walk begins on trails of moderate difficulty with breaks to recharge. During these breaks, we will observe the treetops, focusing on the songs and movements among the branches.

Participants will encounter local birds in the untouched natural environment, including the Carib grackles, Lesser Antillean bullfinches, St. Lucia warblers, and Caribbean hummingbirds, among others, known for their vibrant colours.

A tropical breakfast will be provided, during which we will discuss St. Lucia's bird life, comprising over 150 species.

Finally, we will return to the meeting point to conclude the 3-hour rainforest walk.
