Join us on a tour of Barbados' second largest city, called Little Bristol, on this guided tour of Speightstown. Let's go!

Description

At the time indicated, we'll start our guided tour of Speightstown at 1B Highway Street. From here, we'll begin our route around the city's streets, located on the northwest coast of Barbados.

During this walking tour, we'll learn about its link with England, with remnants from British colonial times and 17th-century architecture. We'll explore Queen Street, seeing many old buildings, shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Traditional constructions include wooden and coral stone houses and forged iron balconies.

On Church Street, we'll find St. Peter's Church, built in 1837 in Gothic style. The cemetery holds tombs of important people, including Admiral Lord Nelson. We'll also visit Orange Street, known for its coastal views and the city's famous mural.

We'll conclude after a 2-hour walking tour.
