On this buggy tour of Boa Vista, we will explore dune landscapes and volcanic lands typical of Cape Verde.

Tour Options

Booking includes a choice of 3 different options, all featuring hotel pickup and drop-off, an English-speaking guide, and rental of a double off-road buggy.

The options are:

Tour of Northern Boa Vista (2 Hours)

After pickup, we head to the buggy base for vehicle assignment and a safety talk. Our first stop is Ponta do Sol, followed by Cape Santa María to view a historic shipwreck. The tour concludes at the dunes in the Viana Desert, perfect for photography.

Tour of Southern Boa Vista (4 Hours)

This option allows for extended exploration of the south of Boa Vista Island. We will visit Praia de Chaves, followed by Praia de Verandinha and the renowned Santa Mónica Beach, the island's largest at 18 kilometres (11 miles). We will also explore the sand dunes and ruins in Curral Velho, reaching Fonte Vicente for photos of the iconic baobab tree.

Tour of Death Valley (2 Hours)

This option includes a visit to Rabil, showcasing local culture. We will drive through Death Valley to an oasis and conclude at Fonte Vicente to enjoy the baobab tree.

Additional Info

Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license. Children aged 3 to 17 may only participate as passengers.
