On this excursion to Espargos from Santa Maria, participants will experience the way of life in the capital of the island of Sal and explore its street art.
Espargos Tour
Pickup will occur between 4 and 4:30 pm from your hotel to travel to Espargos, the capital of Sal.
En route, there will be a stop at the Amilcar Cabral airport to learn about its significance in the city's development.
The tour includes a visit to the historic center of Espargos, where participants will walk the streets and view various street art that reflects local culture. A stop will be made at a local eatery to enjoy an aperitif with typical Cape Verdean drinks.
After this, the group will proceed to a viewpoint for a panoramic view of the town, followed by a visit to the suburbs to observe the locals' relaxed lifestyle.
The tour concludes with a return to Santa Maria, dropping you off at your hotel 2.5 hours after pickup.
