On this excursion to Espargos from Santa Maria, we will explore the relaxed lifestyle of the capital of Sal Island and its street art.
Espargos Tour
Pickup from your hotel will occur between 4 and 4:30 pm for a drive to Espargos. En route, we will stop at Amilcar Cabral airport to learn about its significance for the city's development.
We will then visit the historic center of Espargos, walking through its streets to admire the colorful street art that reflects the local culture. During this walk, we will stop at a local eatery to enjoy an aperitif with typical Cape Verdean drinks.
After this break, we will walk to a viewpoint for a panoramic view of the town. Following this, we will move to the suburbs to experience the relaxed lifestyle of the locals.
We will return to Santa Maria and drop you off at your hotel 2.5 hours after pickup.
