In this snorkeling adventure on Sal Island, we'll explore the vibrant seabed of Cape Verde, one of the best snorkeling locations in the Atlantic.

Cape Verde Snorkeling Adventure Tour Highlights

At the designated time, our team will pick you up from your hotel to head to the dive center on Santa Maria Beach. Following brief introductions, we'll provide masks and life jackets before boarding a boat to the snorkeling spot. Our destination will depend on sea conditions, safety considerations, and visibility, choosing between the Bay of Santa Maria or Bikini.

The Bay of Santa Maria, just 200 meters (650 feet) from the coast, features a reef up to 8 meters (26 feet) deep, where you may encounter parrot fish, trumpet fish, rays, turtles, and moray eels.

On the other hand, Bikini offers a shallower reef ranging from 2 to 6 meters (6.5 - 20 feet), abundant with corals, moray eels, lobsters, and various tropical fish.

Our snorkeling adventure will last for two hours before returning to the starting point.

This activity includes pickup from some hotels in Santa Maria between 9:10 am and 9:30 am. You must indicate the name of your accommodation when making the reservation, after which we will contact you with the exact pickup time and location.If you're not staying at any of the listed hotels, please arrive at 9:30 am at the dive center on Santa Maria Beach.
