Your adventure will begin with a pick-up from your hotel, setting the stage for an exploration of the island of Sal, a key destination in Cape Verde for travelers.

This journey will take you across the volcanic landscape of the island from the south to the north, pausing at some of the most significant towns and attractions. Our first destination will be Santa Maria, which evolved from a salt extraction site into one of Cape Verde's premier tourist spots in just 200 years.

If your visit falls between October and March, we will then proceed to Kite Beach, renowned for its hosting of international kitesurfing competitions. From there, we’ll visit the nature reserve at Murdeira Bay, where breathtaking views of Monte Leon await.

Our next location will be Espargos, the island's economic hub and capital, followed by a visit to Porto Palmeira. Strolling through this quaint fishing village, we will admire its vibrant houses and walk along the pier to observe local fishing boats. Here, you will savor a meal at a nearby restaurant featuring traditional dishes from Sal Island, including meats, pasta, and the catch of the day.

After lunch, we will travel to Pedra de Lume, noteworthy as Sal Island's first settled village. Discover the historical impact of the salt trade on the area's economy and explore its salt flats, which uniquely offer the opportunity to swim in a salt water lake nestled within a volcanic caldera.

Next, we will visit Miragem, a desert landscape on Sal Island known for its intriguing optical illusions created by water and salt. Then, we’ll explore the Blue Eye, a captivating natural pool where you can enjoy 40 to 60 minutes of free time for swimming, provided that the sea conditions permit. Also, keep an eye out for the lesser-known Love Cellar, a hidden gem beloved by locals.

The highlight of our journey will be at Shark Bay, where you'll have the unique opportunity to observe the lemon sharks up close.

Our adventure concludes with your drop-off at your hotel, wrapping up a memorable 7-hour experience.
