Salamanca Hot Air Balloon Ride

The tour meets at the Florjusa Nurseries in Salamanca at the agreed time, from where we proceed to the take-off area. Here, the balloons are assembled and preparations are made for the flight over Salamanca.

Once ready, participants climb into the balloon basket and begin the ascent. For one hour, the wind carries the balloon through the Salamanca sky along the route of the river Tormes.

Participants glide over Salamanca with views of its cathedrals, the Roman Bridge, the Plaza Mayor, and the historic center, as well as the river meadows and surrounding towns.

The landing is one of the most exciting moments of the hot air balloon ride. After landing, a toast with a glass of cava is made, and a picnic lunch is provided while flight certificates are handed out.

The experience concludes with a return to the starting point.
