Hacienda La Caravedo Folkloric Dinner Show & Pisco Tasting
At 6:30 pm we'll meet at Hacienda La Caravedo, located on the outskirts of Ica, for an evening of Peruvian gastronomy and folklore.
The experience begins with a tour of the historical part of the hacienda, detailing traditional production processes used since its origins.
Next, participate in a tasting of five La Caravedo piscos, which have won awards in various competitions. The cultural immersion continues with an exhibition of Peruvian Paso horses.
The evening concludes with a dinner and a folkloric show of Afro-Peruvian music, showcasing the cultural mix of Peru with instruments like the cajón and guitar.
The dinner includes three courses: a starter, a main course, a dessert, and a drink. The experience concludes between 9 and 9:30 pm.
