Hacienda La Caravedo Folkloric Dinner Show & Pisco Tasting

At 6:30 pm we'll meet at Hacienda La Caravedo, situated on the outskirts of Ica, for an evening of Peruvian gastronomy and folklore. The experience starts with a tour of the historical part of the hacienda, highlighting the traditional production processes used since its inception.

Following the tour, participants will enjoy a tasting of five La Caravedo piscos, recognized in various competitions. This will be complemented by an exhibition of Peruvian Paso horses, showcasing local culture.

The evening culminates with a dinner and a folkloric show of Afro-Peruvian music, featuring a mix of cultures in Peru with instruments such as the cajón and guitar. The dinner consists of three courses: a starter, a main course, a dessert, and a drink. The experience concludes between 9 and 9:30 pm.
