Hacienda La Caravedo Folkloric Dinner Show & Pisco Tasting

At 6:30 pm we'll meet at Hacienda La Caravedo, an estate on the outskirts of Ica, where you'll enjoy an evening of Peruvian gastronomy and folklore. We will begin with a tour of the historical part of the hacienda to learn about traditional production processes.

Following the tour, we'll participate in a tasting of five La Caravedo piscos, which have received awards in various competitions. The local culture will be further showcased through an exhibition of Peruvian Paso horses.

The evening will conclude with a dinner and a folkloric show of Afro-Peruvian music, highlighting the cultural mix of Peru with performances featuring the cajón, guitar, and other instruments.

The dinner includes three courses: a starter, a main course, a dessert, and a drink. The experience will end between 9 and 9:30 pm.
