Hacienda La Caravedo Folkloric Dinner Show & Pisco Tasting
At 6:30 pm we'll meet at Hacienda La Caravedo, an estate on the outskirts of Ica. The evening will feature Peruvian gastronomy and folklore.
The experience begins with a tour of the historical part of the hacienda, highlighting traditional production processes.
Next, we'll enjoy a tasting of five La Caravedo piscos, recognized in various competitions. This will be followed by an exhibition of Peruvian Paso horses.
The evening concludes with a dinner and a folkloric show of Afro-Peruvian music, showcasing Peru's cultural diversity, backed by traditional instruments like the cajón and guitar.
The dinner includes three courses: a starter, a main course, a dessert, and a drink. The experience will conclude between 9 and 9:30 pm.
