La Caravedo Hacienda Visit

On this guided tour of the hacienda of La Caravedo, you will explore its distillery and relax by the pool. The experience includes a lunch.

Visit Details

The tour starts at 10 am at the main entrance of the hacienda, located on the outskirts of Ica. You will receive a welcome drink, consisting of a canned chilcano for adults and juice for children. The guided tour will then commence at the distillery of La Caravedo.

The tour begins with a visit to the original facilities from 1684, featuring the wine press and equipment used for pisco production. You will also see the modern distillery rooms highlighting the technological advances in pisco making.

Next, the tour moves to the stables at La Caravedo, where you will observe various animals, including Peruvian jumping horses, ponies, alpacas, guinea pigs, peacocks, and guinea fowl.

After visiting the stables, you can enjoy the swimming pool—bring your swimming costume. Following this, you will partake in a tasting of three international gold medal-winning piscos. After the tasting, a three-course lunch will be served, accompanied by water or a soft drink.

You may remain in the hacienda until 6 pm.
