La Caravedo Haciendo Pisco Workshop

In this pisco workshop at the hacienda of La Caravedo, we will learn about the production of this Peruvian drink and prepare cocktails in the oldest working distillery in America.

Pisco Workshop Details

At the selected time, we will meet at the hacienda La Caravedo to explore the world of pisco.

This estate is home to the oldest working distillery in America, founded in 1684, dedicated to pisco production, Peru's most famous drink.

We will take a guided tour of the facilities, explaining the artisanal pisco production process and the quality standards involved in making some of the best pisco in the country.

Additionally, we will visit the modern plant producing nearly one million liters of pisco annually in an industrial manner.

At the end of the tour, we will taste four piscos produced at the hacienda and learn to make two cocktails, pisco sour and chilcano, from an experienced bartender.

The activity will conclude between 2.5 and 3 hours after the start of the tour.
