Peruvian Cooking Demonstration at Hacienda La Caravedo

Participants will meet at the designated time at Hacienda La Caravedo, starting with a welcome drink of pisco sour.

An experienced chef will present and demonstrate the preparation of traditional Peruvian dishes, sharing insights into the culinary secrets of the region.

Following the cooking demonstration, guests will visit the La Caravedo distillery, the oldest active distillery in the American continent, for a tour of its facilities. The experience includes a tasting of 5 piscos.

Guests will then enjoy a meal at the restaurant featuring the typical dishes prepared by the chef. The meal, depending on the selected time, will consist of a starter, a main course, a dessert, and a drink.

The experience will conclude with an exhibition of Peruvian Paso horses, showcasing the graceful movements of this native breed.

The entire gastronomic experience lasts approximately 4.5 hours.
