In this Peruvian cooking demonstration at Hacienda La Caravedo, attendees will see the preparation of traditional Peruvian recipes and participate in a tasting. The experience begins with a welcome pisco sour.

An experienced chef will provide a demonstration of various dishes, revealing secrets of Peruvian gastronomy. After the cooking session, guests will tour the La Caravedo distillery, the oldest active distillery in the American continent, and conclude with a tasting of 5 piscos.

Following the tour, participants will enjoy a meal consisting of a starter, a main course, a dessert, and a drink, based on the selected time for lunch or dinner.

The experience also includes an exhibition of Peruvian Paso horses, showcasing the graceful movements of this native breed. The entire gastronomic experience lasts for 4.5 hours.
