In this Peruvian cooking demonstration at Hacienda La Caravedo, you will see how traditional Peruvian recipes are prepared and have the opportunity to taste them. The experience starts with a welcome pisco sour. An experienced chef will explain and demonstrate the preparation of various Peruvian dishes, sharing culinary secrets along the way.

Following the cooking demonstration, you will tour the La Caravedo distillery, the oldest active distillery in the Americas, and conclude with a tasting of 5 piscos.

Your culinary experience will include a meal at the restaurant, featuring typical dishes prepared by the chef. Depending on your selected time, lunch or dinner will consist of a starter, a main course, a dessert, and a drink.

The event also includes an exhibition of Peruvian Paso horses, showcasing their graceful movements. The entire gastronomic experience lasts 4.5 hours.
