At the time of your choice, we'll meet in the Main Square of Salento, in front of the church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen. Once we've all gathered, we'll get into the jeeps and head to the El Ocaso farm, one of the most prestigious in the Quindío region.

At El Ocaso, you'll learn about the working process of a Colombian coffee farm. Follow the journey of the coffee beans from their cultivation to the cup. You'll discover different types of coffee and their preparation as we explore the farm's facilities.

You will learn about the work of harvesting the coffee, the drying of the beans, and the grinding process. Additionally, you will learn how to prepare coffee like Colombians. Then it's time to taste it, focusing on its aroma and flavor.

After an hour and a half visiting the El Ocaso farm, we'll return by jeep to the center of Salento, where we'll say goodbye.
