At the time of your choice, we'll meet in the Main Square of Salento, in front of the church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen. Once gathered, we'll head to the El Ocaso farm, a prestigious location in the Quindío region.

At El Ocaso, you'll learn about the coffee farm's working process, following the journey of coffee beans from cultivation to cup. Discover the different types of coffee and their preparation methods while exploring the farm's facilities.

You'll learn about the work of harvesting coffee, the drying process of the beans, and their passage through the grinder. Additionally, you will learn how to prepare coffee like Colombians do. Then, you will taste it, focusing on its mild aroma and intense flavor.

After an hour and a half at the El Ocaso farm, we'll return by jeep to the center of Salento, where we'll conclude our excursion.
