At the time of your choice, we'll meet in the Main Square of Salento, in front of the church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen. Once gathered, we'll take jeeps to the El Ocaso farm, one of the most prestigious in the Quindío region.

At El Ocaso, you'll learn about the working process of a Colombian coffee farm. Follow the journey of coffee beans from cultivation to cup. Discover the types of coffee available and the preparation methods as we explore the farm's facilities.

You'll learn about the work of harvesting the coffee, the drying of the beans, and their passage through the grinder. You'll also learn how to prepare coffee like real Colombians. Then, you will taste it, focusing on its aroma and flavor.

After an hour and a half at the El Ocaso farm, we'll return by jeep to the center of Salento, where we'll conclude the tour.
