Our journey begins at the La Manchuria farm, a true coffee haven situated merely 8 kilometers (5 miles) from the heart of Salgar.

We will proceed to a nearby coffee processing facility, where you can witness the transformation of freshly harvested beans. Here, you will learn about the roasting process before enjoying a delightful lunch.

Afterward, we will indulge in a satisfying three-course meal at the hacienda of the coffee farm. Your palate will be treated to a flavorful soup, a choice between meat or vegetable lasagna, followed by a delectable dessert.
