Bishop's Slope Day Trip
Our journey begins at 9:30 am as we depart from the heart of Salta, traveling along National Route 68, which winds through the stunning natural beauty of the Lerma Valley.
During the initial segment of our adventure, we will explore the Quebrada de Los Laureles, taking in the striking scenery that encompasses the Yungas forests. You will witness a transformation in the landscape as we transition towards terrain dominated by mountainous flora.
The experience continues on the renowned Bishop's Slope, where this serpentine road traverses a rugged mountainous area, rewarding travelers with spectacular panoramic vistas of the Enchanted Valley.
At the summit of Bishop's Slope, we will also be treated to sweeping views of the impressive Los Cardones National Park. The unique cacti in this protected region are a defining feature of northern Argentina's natural heritage.
We will make our way back to Salta, arriving in the city around 1:30 pm.
