What to Expect
Experience a culinary adventure in northern Argentina, known for its landscapes and excellent wine. After hotel pickup in Salta, we'll head to Mercado de San Miguel, located near Plaza 9 de Julio.
At the market, we will navigate various stalls, purchasing ingredients for our home-cooked meal. This will enable us to discover authentic Salta cuisine while observing popular Argentine recipes.
With fresh ingredients in hand, we'll proceed to our cooking class nearby. Our chef will provide insights into crafting typical Salta dishes, adaptable to seasonal variations and ingredient availability.
The workshop will conclude with a satisfying lunch featuring the dish we prepared. The entire experience lasts approximately 5 hours before we return to your hotel in Salta.
