What to Expect
Join us for a culinary adventure into the flavors of northern Argentina. After being picked up from your hotel in Salta, we will head to Mercado de San Miguel, near Plaza 9 de Julio.
At the market, we will explore different stalls and purchase ingredients for our home-cooked meal, discovering authentic Salta cuisine along the way.
As we move through the market, we will learn about popular Argentine recipes and gather ingredients for our meal.
With fresh ingredients in hand, we will proceed to our cooking class, where our chef will guide us in preparing a typical Salta dish, adapting to seasonal variations and ingredient availability.
The workshop will conclude with a satisfying lunch featuring the dish we prepared. After the meal, we will return to your hotel in Salta, approximately 5 hours after the start of the tour.
