What to Expect
Explore the culinary delights of northern Argentina, known for its expansive landscapes and exceptional wine. After hotel pickup in Salta, we will proceed to Mercado de San Miguel, near Plaza 9 de Julio.
At the market, we will navigate various stalls to purchase ingredients for our home-cooked meal, discovering authentic Salta cuisine along the way. We will learn about popular Argentine recipes and gather items for our own dish.
With fresh ingredients, we will move to the cooking class where our chef will guide us in creating typical northern flavors. The focus will be on preparing a typical Salta dish, adaptable to seasonal variations and ingredient availability.
The workshop will conclude with a satisfying lunch featuring the dish we prepared. After the meal, we will return to your hotel in Salta approximately 5 hours later.
