Between 9:30 am and 10 am, hotel pickup in the city centre or a designated meeting point will commence. The first stop is Salta Cathedral, notable for its rose and yellow pastel tones. We will explore the details of its construction post-earthquake.

Located at Plaza 9 de Julio, this area also includes the Museum of High Altitude Archaeology, the Cuchi Leguizamón sculpture, and the Cabildo of Salta, recognized as the best-conserved cabildo in Argentina.

After a 5-minute stroll, we will visit the Church of Saint Francis, distinguished by its red-toned façade and the tallest steeple in South America, reaching almost 180 feet.

The tour continues to the Church of San Francisco and the Convent of San Bernardo, shedding light on the city's history. We will ascend to San Bernardo hill for panoramic views of Salta.

At the hill's base, we will see the monument to General Güemes, a key figure in the Argentinian War of Independence. Following this, we will explore Quebrada de San Lorenzo, a scenic valley, before visiting Salta's Artisan Market in a historic 19th-century building. The tour concludes with a return to your hotel around 1:30 pm.
