Bavarian Alps Trip
At the indicated time, we'll depart from Hubert-Sattler-Gasse 1 in Salzburg, heading to the southwestern corner of Bavaria, where Germany borders Austria and the Czech Republic.
Our first stop will be in the mountainous area of Obersalzberg, a former holiday retreat for Adolf Hitler where the Berghof residence was located.
Next, we will cross the green alpine meadows of the Berchtesgaden National Park and stop at the banks of Königssee, known as the “king's lake.” You will enjoy the majestic beauty surrounding you, including the red domes of St. Bartholomew's Church situated on the shore.
To experience alpine life, we'll visit the town of Berchtesgaden. The landscape features lush green valleys and snow-capped mountains contrasting with the traditional ochre-toned houses.
After a brief period of free time in Berchtesgaden, we will return to Salzburg. Arrival at the starting point is scheduled for 4 hours after pickup.
