Colombian Cooking Class + Lunch

At the indicated time, we'll meet at West View in San Andrés, where a local guide will be waiting for us to teach us the secrets of the island's gastronomy. Before the class begins, we'll enjoy a welcome cocktail with a view of the sea. We'll learn to combine local products and achieve the most typical flavours.

Local chefs will teach us to make traditional dishes! The first dish will be rondón, using fish, green plantain, coconut milk, and vegetables. Following this, we'll prepare a typical soup with corn, potatoes, and dumplings, and a traditional stew called bailop.

Once the dishes are ready, we will sit down to enjoy the creations. If you book the tour on Wednesday or Saturday, we'll also have a live music show featuring typical instruments of the island.

The activity lasts 2 hours.
