Cayambe Coca National Park & Tayos Caves Excursion

We will pick you up at your hotel in Quito at 5 am and head to Baeza, where a typical breakfast will be served with panoramic views of the rainforest.

After breakfast, we'll visit the waterfall of Cayambe Coca National Park, which stands 50 meters tall. Next, we'll see the viewpoint at the Coca Codo Sinclair hydroelectric plant. On the way to the Tayos Caves, we will stop for a typical lunch of the Amazon region, with views of the jungle.

Post-lunch, we will explore the Cueva de los Tayos (Tayos Caves), known for its natural formations and as a habitat for the tayos bird, which can be spotted in the cave.

After the excursion in the Ecuadorian Amazon, we will return to the hotels at approximately 8 pm.
