Day Trip Details

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Quito and depart north on the Pan-American Highway. Our first stop will be in Cayambe, where you can taste traditional bizcocho de Cayambe, baked pastries served with mozzarella-style soft cheese or dulce de leche.

Next, we will visit the "Miralago" viewpoint, offering panoramic views of San Pablo Lake, the Imbabura volcano, and nearby villages. The tour continues in Otavalo, known for its indigenous market.

We will then proceed to the Peguche Waterfall to enjoy its scenic landscapes, followed by a visit to the Ñanda Mañachi Cultural Center to learn about local artists' work.

Finally, we’ll explore the Otavalo market and enjoy a delicious lunch. Afterward, we will return to your hotel in Quito, with an estimated arrival 8 hours after pickup.
