After boarding our minibus, we'll drive for 1.5 hours to our first stop, Cayambe, where we'll visit a bizococho factory. A breakfast option will be available.
Next, we continue to Otavalo, making a brief photo stop at Lake San Pablo before exploring the Plaza de Ponchos, one of Ecuador's oldest markets, to learn about local life.
We will then enjoy a boat trip on the Cuicocha Lagoon, where we will hear about its creation from a phreatic eruption 3,100 years ago.
After the lake, you will have free time for lunch at a local restaurant before visiting Cotacachi, known for its leather goods, where you can shop for handicrafts.
