Tour Details

We'll meet at your selected meeting point and travel to the Intiñán Solar Museum, an engaging exhibition in Ecuador's capital. This venue, known as the Museum of Equinoctial Solar Culture, provides an opportunity to explore the history of ancient civilizations in South America through various experiments and objects.

During the visit to the Intiñán Solar Museum, you'll enter centuries-old huts showcasing traditional artifacts and experience daily life from thousands of years ago. The tour includes a visit to the museum’s totemic forest.

To demonstrate Ecuador's proximity to Latitude Zero, participants will engage in activities like balancing eggs and utilizing nails, which yield results unique to Quito.

The tour concludes with a visit to Quito's iconic landmark, the Mitad del Mundo, where we will tour the exterior of this significant complex.

Hotel Pickup

This tour includes pickup and drop–off at select hotels in Quito: Hilton Colon, Mercure Alameda, Reina Isabel, Rio Amazonas, Un House, Swissotel, NH Collection, KAIA, Holiday Inn, J-W. Marriott, Wyndham Garden, Dann Carlton, Le Parc, and Sheraton. If you are not staying at these hotels, we will meet at the JW Marriott Hotel at 2 pm.
