Tour Details
We will meet at your selected point in Quito to start the tour of the Andean communities of Quilotoa.
First, we head to the Tigua region, where small farming communities showcase artistic talents, including paintings on sheepskin.
Next, we will visit Zumbahua, offering views of the Toachi river canyon, formed by a geological fault.
The final stop will be in Quilotoa, known for the stunning Quilotoa lagoon, recognized for its emerald green color. We will embark on a 45-minute hike to the lagoon, with options to relax or rent a kayak to explore. Following the hike, a delicious lunch with a starter, main course, and dessert will be provided, after which you will have free time to appreciate Quilotoa.
We will conclude our 11-hour tour by returning to Quito.
