Full Day Tour of Quito's Equatorial Monuments
At the scheduled time, pickup will be from your hotel in Quito to start the adventure. In under 40 minutes, the first destination will be the Middle of the World.
The first stop is the Zero Point Museum, ideal for exploring the Earth’s equator, equinoxes, and solstices. Next is the Intiñan Interactive Museum, where visitors can conduct experiments like the Coriolis effect and egg balancing.
Following this, the journey continues to Mitad del Mundo, where we will explore the monument marking the equatorial line, browse artisan shops, and visit the complimentary museums of beer and cocoa, including a chocolate tasting.
A break will be provided for lunch, with local restaurant recommendations. Afterwards, the tour will head to the Quito cable car. At an elevation of over 4,000 meters (13,123 feet), enjoy views of Quito.
The final stop is the monument of the Virgen del Panecillo, offering views that divide the city. A visit to its museum allows for memorable photos. After 8 to 9 hours, return to your hotel.
